At first I just thought it could have been a network issue or an issue with the game lagging which could happen. I have a decent internet connection 90mbps. The next day, I set a game for download from the playstation store, it was downloading OK for the most part.

Also, the download happened at a very slow speed. When I test the connection, it gives me a speed of mbps but the actual download is happening at just 6mbps.
Also, the download seems to stop for a few seconds for some reason. I mostly do digital downloads and never had this issue before. My console is still running very slow even though it has nothing on it. You need to pull out PS4 hard drive and connect it to a PC first.
