Tap Tools. Tap Content Restore. Select the type s of media you want to restore. Note: Box is checked or switch is green when that content type is selected. Select whether you want to restore over Wi-Fi only no data needed or if you want to use your data to download over the Verizon network.
Tap Restore. Restore deleted files and contacts Deleted files are stored in the trash for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you accidentally deleted a contact or file that had previously been uploaded to Verizon Cloud, you may be able to find it on the Verizon Cloud Trash page in the My Verizon website or in the Verizon Cloud app: Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner. Tap Trash. Tap and hold the file you want to restore to Verizon Cloud. Note: Photos will be highlighted red or a check mark will appear on the photo, showing it's been selected.
Then, you can tap on additional files if you'd like to manage more than one file at a time. Tap the More options icon in the top right corner. Tap Recover item s.

Use Private Folder Expand All. Tap Private Folder. Follow the security prompts e. Add content to Private Folder To move pictures, videos and other files to your Private Folder: In the Verizon Cloud app, go to the content section that contains the file s you want to move to your Private Folder e. Tap the Contextual Menu icon 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen. Select the content you want to move to your Private Folder. Tap the Contextual Menu icon 3 dots again.
Tap Make Private. Save a picture directly to Private Folder You can take pictures while you're in your Private Folder, and they will save directly to your Private Folder: While in your Private Folder, tap the Camera icon at the bottom of the screen to open your Camera app.
Take a picture. Remove content from Private Folder To remove pictures, videos or other files from your Private Folder: While in your Private Folder, tap the Contextual Menu icon 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen. Tap Select Content. Select the file s you want to remove from your Private Folder. Select the option you want: Move Back — This option will move the file s to your regular Verizon Cloud folders. You'll no longer have to unlock the Private Folder to see them.
Delete — This option will permanently delete the file s from your Verizon Cloud account. You won't see them anywhere in Verizon Cloud. Tap Move Back or Delete again. You've successfully removed content from your Private Folder. Share media You can share your photos, videos and other files on the My Verizon website or in the Verizon Cloud app: Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
Tap the type of content you want to share e. Tap Share. Select how you want to share the file s. Select whether you want to get your prints delivered or pick them up if available.
If prompted, select whether you want to have the prints delivered or if you want to pick them up. Tap Prints. Note: You can also select any of the other gift options available.
Select the picture size you want. Select the picture s you want to print, and tap Continue. Review your order and tap Checkout Now. Follow the onscreen prompts to fill out your shipping and billing information, and complete your order. View and upgrade storage Expand All. View storage You can view your current Verizon Cloud storage plan and how much you've used in the mobile app and computer app. Mobile app : Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
